How to Find Your Mac Address & Device ID
Follow these steps in the MultiVision One Smart TV app:
- Open the MultiVision One app on your Smart TV.
- Navigate to the Login or Activation screen.
- Note the Mac Address displayed on the screen.
- Note the Device ID displayed on the screen.
- Enter both details in the form on this page.
